Venue and Accommodation
The conference will be held in the Recently Opened Blackstone LaunchPad, in the Boole Library Creative Zone, University College Cork.
Accommodation
There is plenty of accommodation near to the University, the higher-end options are listed here
We can also recommend the B&Bs on Western Road, including Garnish House, The Blarney Stone Guesthouse, Achill House, Audley House B&B, Shandon Bells and Fenroyd House. There is hostel accommodation close to the university at Cork International Hostel, and there are many hostels in the city itself, which is a 20 minute walk from the campus.
Travel to the Conference Venue
Cork airport is a 20 minute taxi ride from the main campus at UCC (taxis will cost between 15 and 20 Euro). The airport bus drops in the city centre, a 20 minute walk from the University.
Cork has limited flights for those arriving from outside the UK, and flying to Dublin can be a good option. There is a regular and direct aircoach service from Dublin airport to Cork, which takes 3 hours.
The campus is a 30 minute walk from the aircoach stop in Cork.
